Ben & Jerry’s release combination lock that fits on tubs to stop others stealing your ice cream

Reacting to a customer suggestion that tubs should come with padlocks to prevent others from stealing your ice cream, Ben & Jerry’s has invented a ‘Euphori-Lock’.

The combination lock fits perfectly onto the top of Ben & Jerry’s pint tubs, and simply states: ‘I’m terribly sorry but there is no “u” in “my pint’.

I’m not sure they’ll sell many, but it’s a brilliant PR stunt to emphasise how desirable the ice cream is.

Incredible. Revolver Communications launched them in 2003; you gotta love a lazy journo! ;->  Best thing about these brilliant items is that every code is the same…nice lo-fi approach from (just about still) the coolest ice cream firm in the world!
