It’s not the most exciting product in the world, but sponge brand Scotch-Brite came up with a clever idea to get consumers in Brazil more interested in doing the dishes.
The brand teamed up with several restaurants in São Paulo. After patrons finished their meal they were given a sponge with their bill, offering them the option to wash the dishes in exchange for getting their meal for free.
It proves that with a bit of clever thinking even a product as dull as dish water (PUN ALERT!) can be interesting and capture the imagination of its target audience.
