GAME release pheromone-infused underwear to lure gamers into the bedroom

WHATCHA PR luvvers.

I’ve been away for a couple of weeks PRing this guy and as such, my posts have been… non-existent, which is why it’s great to have a team of contributors who’ve been keeping things ticking over.

My first one back is from video game retailer GAME.

Armed with research that alludes to male and female gamers being tempted away from their partner on Valentine’s Day for a ‘console quickie’, GAME will be selling pheromone-infused his and hers underwear at its Stratford store this week. Here’s a Mena Suvari-esque press image for you:

Presumably, the idea is that once worn the opposite sex will charge – Lynx/Axe ad-style* – in a sexually aroused and salivating pants frenzy, clawing at the wearer and entirely forgetting the lure of FIFA and the dull, dull talk of Andy Townsend’s heading prowess.

As most other mentions of the underwear have highlighted, this is the second seasonal product stunt in as many for GAME, having also released the ‘Christmas Tinner‘ in 2013 (scroll down the link to see it).

Oh, it’s good to be home.

*Lest we forget they’ve changed their ways.
