1,500 postcards used to create 24m sq. portrait of 24’s Jack Bauer… in 24 hours

A giant portrait of actor Kiefer Sutherland, in character as Jack Bauer, made from 1,485 postcards of iconic London landmarks has been unveiled in London’s Borough Market to promote the Blu-ray and DVD release of 24: Live Another Day.

The portrait, commissioned by Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment, was created by artist Quentin Devine on a 24 metre square canvas in 24 hours, by laying one postcard every minute in order to meet the deadline.
