Luxury travel site treats workers to cosy commute

Who doesn’t love it when brands are super nice because they want you to¬†notice them? Lucky London commuters were given the royal treatment this morning to promote luxury travel site Belmond – and the Instagram posts are enough to give me serious train envy!

An antique Pullman – the sister train to the Orient Express – pulled into Ashford International in Kent at 7.24am this morning to whisk weary-eyed workers to their desks in style.

This Instagram post shows the breakfast ‘with a difference’.

Jealous yet?

I’m a big fan of stunts like this – simple, surprising and visually stunning it’s likely to have some fab engagement from those lucky enough to be on board and those not so lucky. Is it a new idea? Not by a long shot. But it’s a classic PR tactic that I feel still does the trick.
