Giant dragon appears on Cardiff Castle’s ramparts to mark Champions League final

Super quick one, this.

A couple of years after the similarly executed ‘rugby ball in the wall’ stunt to mark the Rugby World Cup, a dragon has appeared atop Cardiff Castle overnight to celebrate the upcoming Champions League final, being held in the city.

The dragon is spreading its wings beside a replica of the tournament’s trophy.

The final, between Real Madrid (who went through last night) and Juventus takes place in the famously rugby-mad city on June 3.
